I have been working on a scooter ( found here: http://www.origamiaustria.at/diagrams/scooter.pdf ) and I got stuck on step 26 where it says to 'Carefully wrap around three layers from the inside. Repeat behind'

Has anyone folded this before, if so then how do you do this fold?

i have not but have you tryed to fold it inside out ( i think they meant layers for wrapping around)
