So, I was skimming Anermak's flickr and came across a few models that are new to me. Satoshi Kamiya's bear, snail, etc ... Anyone know where to find these CP's? I'm positive that diagrams don't exist, but the CPs have to be out there somewhere. Any help would be appreciated! Good luck!

relax. use the database. in general it does not lie. if it does not list diagrams, those diagrams are not available to the general public.

also, i believe kamiya's website has a section which lists his diagrammed models.

that said, there are at least two models that i know of that clearly have been diagrammed but are not listed in the database or available in any publication. it is reasonable to suppose that there are more. there's no way to get them, AFAIK, unless you're able to take classes at gallery origami house on a regular basis, so you're just going to have to chill.

There is a new CP in the 21st JOAL Special Edition release. Caribou, by Satoshi. Although It made me do a double take as it is quite spectacular, it is not the most interesting fold in the Magazine.

i have an older carbou CP from last year that i think arthur berniaki or somebody had drawn, it is beautiful but looks really tough, but does this special JOAS issue have any diagrams? for anything good?

i guess i've been rude enough recently, so i'll just say the special edition will have tsuda yoshio's parakeet. you can google his works to see if they meet your high standards.

Mine arrived yesterday; the "True Parrot" model is quite cute! The body is similar to Tsuda's Crow, but the head is novel and well done and the feet are blissfully zygodactyl. The rest of the issue is jam-packed with crease patterns, which remain, for me, inaccessible... >>>SIGH<<<
