Katsuta Kyohei- Giraffe weevil (cp)

Hi all,
I decided to fold the giraffe weevil of katsuta kyohei yesterday. I successfully collapsed the base with the cp printed on a piece of paper but I'm having trouble trying to find the references of the red circled area. Any help would be much appreciated.
