What is it that you need help with. That picture has a link to an article in oschen'es blog and on it there is a link to a CO. Print the CO and white side up, red are valleys, black are mountains and gray are references. Precrease everything, then continue with the straight creases next to the edge of the paper and then collapse the rest.
