Sry for taking so long to reply, but ive been having trouble on this model too for steps 49-54 you just reverse fold that whole area and then pull out the middle area and ensure that the center flap has been properly flipped out like the others, but the corner has to follow the strait crease. Sry if my explanation was incomprehensible(which it probably was)

step 78 is kind tricky,..but keep in mind it is a three dimensional step....it will not lay flat until step 81....so...pull the star point out until its perpendicular to the rest of the model...follow the mountian and valley assingment carefully on the next step. your basically tucking these flaps inside the model...for step 80..continue tucking under while lifting the white star point upwards, finally flattening the model. i hope this helps a bit.....good luck....

ReferEnces arent the most important thing here. All you want to do is pick up the flap indicated and pull it out towards you as far as it will go. (This will create a kite shape molecule beneath flap allowing you to extend the flap past the previous one) ) So the paper from the flap in the center now becomes your new edge. I have pictures of the manuever if you want them.

Sorry I haven't uploaded yet, I haven't been able to get to a computer. (I'm using an iPad) If you PM your email I can take some shots using my iPad email them to you. They will be of lesser quality but will get to you faster.

Hey! I have been folding this model recently, and it is definitely time consuming. I really need help on step 130. I just cannot figure it out! Any help? I have seen someone else ask this, and someone answer it, but I still don't get it. If anybody is folding it sometime soon, or already has finished it, can you explain it abit? Thanks!

Where the black dot is, pick up those layers with your fingers and just pull them. the paper will flatten along the creases shown (not including the raised flap, which should stay 3d as shown in 131)

Re-folding it with better paper, for a longer-lasting result. I am on step 131 and cannot see what I am supposed to do. My diagrams are small and blurry, thus hard to read, but can anyone translate the Japanese on steps 131-133?
