Angel Fish (Kamiya Satoshi) help

I'm following the instructions in Origami Tanteidan Magazine 120 and am stuck on figure 64... Is this a particularly difficult step, or am I making a mountain out of a mole hill?! I could post pictures if it would help.

It doesn't seem possible to sink fold it without altering the number of points at the front (i.e. it's aquired an extra "nose" the way I did it!)
