DO you have a reverse photo image app??
If that doesnt find it then Gilads Origami Resource Centre has The best database for models

It's possible that horse is not an actual model or it uses cuts or something. I think that's a stock photo, which is used for people who don't know origami well.

If you're looking for a good simple horse, try Jun Maekawa's horse from his book Genuine Origami.
