Six Pieced Star?

I made this last year but I've lost the instructions...I wonder if anyone knows it.

Well that's not so difficult is it.

Use 1 square paper for each wing and fold it in half. Cut the stripes out but not all the way to the folding line because it needs to stay attached. Now roll each corner to each other and tape it. Do this 6 times and use a stapler to combine the 6 leafs.
