Is it possible?

Hi, I tried posting this earlier, but I think I did something wrong.
I'm on a quest trying to find if there is a type of folding I saw in a book.
It consists of folding a letter in a way that can only be open if the receiver damages (in the book the character rips the letter) the paper. This way if the letter arrives intact it means it wasn't read by someone that was not supposed to do so.
Does anyone know anything similar to what I described?
I found this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rfO9OBqUW7Q , but it is not actually tamper-proof since I tried to redo the folding and it worked well enough to fool the person who would be receiving the letter.
Well, I'm all ears. And thanks for you time reading my post.
