Hi All,

I've been asked to make this as a prop for a movie. Hopefully this link will work.

The top layer looks like a standard lotus blossom pattern. The next two layers maybe the same fold or version thereof. The bottom probably just a bunch of triangles folded in half.

If anyone knows a reference for the middle layers I'd appreciate it. I can probably modify a boat pattern eventually, but they need a bunch of these so any time I can save figuring things out, is time gained to fold the pieces.

I don't have a reference, but you might search Google for kusudamas or for 3D Origami (like the swans)...
