Thanks. Most of them are made out of stardream paper which is thin, resistant and comes in a veried set of colors.Adam wrote:Nice work, Brimstone.
That type of paper seems to fit the models ( boxes ) very well.

I've been meaning to reverse-engineer this ever since you posted the photo of Andrea Acosta's version, so I gave it a shot. If I'm not mistaken, there's a decreeping maneuver that makes it really cool!
And if I did it wrong, then I just discovered a really cool new model

I'm glad you liked the model so much that you decided to reverse engineer it. you know what's also cool? the model also folded by andrea that is in my photostream next to the queen box (i would give you the link but im writing from my phone and its kind of difficult) its basically the same model also made from a square, but made from a 12 sided polygon. i was finally able to reverse engineer it yesterday but im on a business trip the whole week without access to nice paper. i recommend yuo give it a go

Redheadorigami, unless you're prepared to stick up 30 bucks for a CD, you're just gonna have to put up with the references by Thomas Hull. It took me quite some time to figure it out, but it was so worth it- I was really happy when I managed to fold my first tower. If you need some help, practice with some already diagrammed decreeping models- like Andrew Hudson's 'Stars and Wheels'

Brimstone, the flower tower box is beautiful! Thanks for posting. I love the paper...what kind is it? Is it the Stardream you mentioned above? Did you get it in South America? I am always looking for paper suggestions. I have most of Chris' cds but am not good enough to fold most of the designs yet.
Also, thanks to everyone else for posting - all the models are beautiful!
