I`ve folded it right now - well, up to step 32 ...
what is exactly troubling you?
step 15: hold the model at the top and pull the first layer down, thus flattening the flap indicated with the arrow (it is no sink-fold or anything like that). repeat behind.
step 16: fold some layers on the front to the right and some layers at the back to the left, so that the result looks exactly like step 15.
step 19: this fold doesn´t bisect the angle! the "long" valley-fold connects two points.
step 20: I´ve used a ruler and a pen to "crease" the mountain fold, because
step 20: the squash-fold is much easier, if you do have the valley-fold from step 19 and the mountain-fold already creased.
step 20: you have to squash the top-layer, but you also do have to valley-fold a second-layer to the left. you´ll see the result of this second-layer-fold in
step 21: valley-fold as shown and
step 22: put one layer under the top layer.
step 23: fold one layer to the left.
step 24: repeat steps 18-23 on the other side.
steps until 28: repeat steps 18-23 some times, to narrow all the layers like the first one (steps 18-23).
then you´ll get the result of step 28.
if you are able to perform steps 18-23, you simple have to repeat them on the other flaps ...
I´ve also been a little bit confused by the instructions from step 24-27, but: just ignore the folds shown in step 26 and 27. all you have to do is to fold the flaps (to the left or to the right), until your model looks like in step 18, and then narrow the flap. just keep in mind, that you want to create the model shown in step 28
hope it helps; I´m not skilled in producing a video (well, in fact, I have not produced any video so far ...).
