Most oriental grocery stores have "hell money." A form of joss paper printed to resemble legal tender bank notes. Their intended purpose is to be offered as burnt-offerings to the deceased. It is highly offensive in all Chinese communities to give a hell bank note to a living person as a gift. But, good for practice and burning the bad ones now has a purpose.

Our new Canadian money is made out of Plastic. Horrible to fold.

Australia has had polymer notes for over 20 years - can't fold them at all!
