I did, but the email i save the to, i lost the paper where i wrote the password down... I'm So stupid sometimes!

joshua--am i to understand that you have created some kind of e-mail archive which has all your diagrams, but you've lost the password?

in this case there should be some policy for resetting the password. i would look into that.

I did try that. The security questions were also on the paper though. Doh!
