I can get all the head details pretty easily after i discovered the bird base in the corner, but for the wings ive gotten to the point where i shape them to taste rather than for accuracy. I dont see how that would make a difference though. I'll post pics of mine as soon as i have more time.

It shows how to fold them as if that section was isolated from the cp on it's own square of paper. I hope it helps! The head looks pretty cool!

i started to fold the PHOENIX 3.5.
Now i am at step 4 (in my drawing ):

Ummmm, are you sure your diagrams are right? if even you can't figure out your own diagrams..... ...at step 4, I don't see where the head is..... mabye you should just collapse the CP the normal way

first you reverse fold the wng pleats to make the spiky then spread it out i dont know about the head but the legs sinkthem into thirds then

using a mountain fold thatswhat i did !

i folded it from a A4 paper (21x21 cm):
