Ethan Fry - V-22 Osprey

I need some help folding the V-22 Osprey, the most elegant and useful aircraft in existence today.

The instructions for this is on page 67

I'm stuck on the first step which refers to the first 12 steps for folding the C-212 Aviocar, starting on page 62.

The 7th step refers to the "frog base" but then I can't figure out what the next two steps are telling me to do.

If anyone could help, I'd greatly appreciate it!
