Modular Origami Flower - Maria Sinayskaya

Hi, I'm still a beginner and would love to know how to fold this 5-piece modular origami flower by Maria Sinayskaya. I haven't been able to find folding instructions or a crease pattern. It's so much simpler than most of the designs you're all posting, I'm sure someone can help me learn how to fold it! Thanks so much!
