What are the different techniqes in Origami like wet folding etc? I am new and want to learn :D

what is this tessellation are there more techniques like that?

Tessellations just refer to a repeated tiling of patterns, but for some reason is a popular theme in origami. Basically, what you're trying to do is to fold a series of repeated patterns in a sheet of paper.
