Attention Sydney Folders!

A big Hello to all the sydney folders out there!
You know, I just realised how secluded and deprived we are here in Australia. All the other countries have their own origami societies and hold conventions and exhibitions, and what do we have? Nothing!

Seriously, Something needs to be done about this...
ANy Ideas?

Thanks for the link, but the organisation is melbourne based, so all their meetings and conventions etc are held in melbourne. I cant believe that Sydney, the largest city in Australia doesnt even have its own origami society. Hmpph!

here here!! I'm a sydney folder too... I only have a couple of friends who fold, but they're good company but don't fold as much as I do...

i'm from melbourne but didn't know about the convention..geez i'm liking this site more and more^^ i'll definately be going..although it'll be in the middle of my exam period :S

Brisbane here. I tried to contact someone who posted for Brisbane people but she wasn't interested in origami any more.
