Neat-although the picture you posted is to blurry to see anything. I followed your link and watched the video-does it spin by blowing on it?

- I replaced the picture (now you can see and it's to blurry)

Impressive-you got it to spin that fast by blowing on it and have it move so little.

I think that this is result of the unconventional twist. It gather the main mass of the paper to the center while creating a top to stand on.
