Neal Elias - Peacock

Hi,

I recently purchased Neal Elias' Misc fold 1 and 2 and Selected works from BOS. I am having great fun folding all the models but have got stuck on the Peacock (Miscellaneous Folds II Page 35 and 36).

Step 7 seems to be a simple reverse fold but I can't seem to work out step 8 which is diagrammed as another reverse fold but on my attempt it seems to be a sink that you can't complete so the model lies flat due to the internal structure.

I am hoping this is a simple error (maybe I have gone wrong in an earlier step). If anyone has folded this model and knows what I am on about any guidence would be greatly aprreciated.
