I won't cut in an origami model, but I do dabble in kirigami. I wish I had a picture to justify going off topic like this. :P

I just finished this flower ball. It's twelve flower units and each flower has five "petal" units, so sixty pieces of paper. I also did a snowman, a holly sprig with berries, a decorated wreath, a spiky ornament, a tree a poinsettia flower with some leaves and a candle.

Thanks! I designed it a few months ago, but I just folded it from good paper today. I might post the cp soon.

Here is the cp for my lion. The front leg areas have some weird angles. I would suggest folding the back legs after collapsing the rest of the base.
