can anybody please tell me how to do step 37 on the chef rat diagrams are in VOG 50 hours of folding

You are essentially outside-reverse folding the middle by inside-reverse folding the sides. It's like step 38 in the Ancient Dragon if you've done that before.

if that does not work try vally folding all of the layers down and unsinking 2 of them
