shame I can't post pictures though. Please post something that lets you make the box in it's simplest form (It obviously has a lot.)

as stated in the description of the model, you will need to wet fold a heavier paper for a good result with this model. it is a little front-heavy, and the forelegs are only 1 layer thick. also, despite what it says in steps 44-45, though there is no reference point, a layer of paper behind the legs traps it and restricts how much you can pivot it.

I made yesterday some tissue foil, which was my first paper ever made (I always used to use paper bought at stores, but it was low-quality paper). it turned out pretty nice, so i decided to give it a test. soo...
my first fold with tissue foil ever! Ancient Dragon made from 29cm square. I think it isn't bad ;)

i made my first hand made paper yesterday, it turned out a little like thick origamido. I just recycles some of my failed models into pulp, added lots of mc, then spread it out onto something and let it dry.

as i have much more time now, i'm on a folding spree!
another design of Satoshi Kamiya made by me from tissue foil, i'm getting more and more familiar with it :D
