Nice folding, Menschenfeind. I especially like the butterfly. Is it from a frog base?

I was fooling around and came up with a dollar-bill dragon:

It's somewhat inspired by a half-remembered Eastern Dragon by Joseph Wu.

Edit: Here's the CP.

Gab, the butterfly it's not totally from a frog base.
First, I squashed 2 flaps of the preliminary base and made the petal folds like in the frog base(but I tucked one of the small flaps inside)
Then I folded the other 2 flaps like in the bird base.
Shape, and that's all.

...

God, that sounds amazingly simple.

I liked your dragon, although I'm not really into dollar origami.

If it's just mountain and valley folds, how hard could it be?

Yeah, Cool dragon.
Origami is like food. You can love it and be obese. Or you can hate it and be and be a"cute". Or you can be a fail and your just that. A fail. Flickr : http://www.flickr.com/photos/76647015@N08/?saved=1

i think i'm gonna try and fold that mantis with one of my sheets of origamido paper. either that, lang's poison dart frog, kamiya's frog, love2025's lizard, or brian chan's lizard...so many awesome choices. and yes, its green.
