He is quite good. Still, not the best, as that isn't possible, but he is quite good.

I would have to say Robert Lang. Even though there are far more complex folders and designers out there, lang has contributed hugely to the origami community, and is by far my favorite folder of all time.

For the uninitiated, bugfolder is Robert Lang and he is only 50.
