Re: What have you folded lately?
Bahumat + Ancient Dragon
Both models designed by Satoshi Kamiya.
Ancient dragon: Folded from a 45cm square of tissue foil. To small for this model but I think I got a good result.
Bahumat: Folded from a 45cm square of tissue foil. Again to small for this model. First time trying this model and I found it harder than the ancient dragon.
Hope you like

WOSK1
Here it is! Everything from Kamiyas first book! All 20 models designed by Satoshi Kamiya and folded by me. I used various sized squares of tissue foil for all the models except for the blue whale and kirin. For those 2 I used regular origami paper.
Now its time for me to fold everything from his second book.
Hope you guys like

Gandalf
Designed by Eric Joisel. Folded by me without diagrams or cp. Folded it by looking at this picture: http://www-tc.pbs.org/arts/media/nuarte ... andalf.jpg
I used a 45cm square of paper and the finished model is 27cm high. My version doesn't look anywhere near as good as the masters one but never the less I am extremely happy with the way it looks. I also included the holes on the robe like Joisel did. I know that is not exactly purist but it adds another interesting texture that I like. The only thing I really changed compared to the original is the shaping and the right arm with the baton. In Joisels the baton comes from Gandalfs neck and the the hand is placed around it. In mine the baton comes straight out of the hand. I will not be releasing the CP for this. I hope you like it

My latest attempt at Montroll's Lion fish. Made some mistakes along the way, but it still sort of turned out.

Re: What have you folded lately?
Here's what I've folded during the holidays:

Jun Maekawa's fantastic design, the paper was horrible for this model so I'll try to fold out of better paper sooner or later

Here's Maekawa's kabutomushi, I'm pretty sure this is the first decent insect I've folded

Peacock

Rabbit

Human

Origamido Butterfly

Cardinal

Joisel's Dwarf
Turned out as more of an evil leprechaun. Made from 11" square of home made tissue paper.
