Origami Essence - Donkey

Can someone help me with step 28 in folding the donkey in Origami Essence?
It says to release paper, but I just can't see how to do it.

you do not have to release some paper (as in other models). all you have to do is to bring the flap, which hidden triangle-part is marked with the dots, to the front.
