Help with Kunihiko Kasahara's mouse

I need help with step 9/10 on Kasahara's mouse. The diagram is in the book Origami Omnibus. Can anyone help?

In step 8 you mark some creases, strep 9 tells you to make an "inside reverse fold" bassed on the creases of step 8. It is actually just an open sink. In case you don't know how to do it, you can check the explanation at http://www.origami-instructions.com/ori ... -fold.html

Step 10 only shows you the result of step 9.
