such a lovely frog Quentin and the paper is perfect for it - particularly like the hind flippers and eyes
I fold therefore I am.

This spider is very common in Greece and it is one of my oldest designs.
Now refolded from better paper. A 32cm square of handmade paper firstly coated
with methyl cellulose, dry folded to the base, and then modelling is done using
a drop of PVA glue here and there.
At the end, I covered the whole model with a layer of polyester resin (fiberglass).
And even though it gets translucent and shiny, the paper is really stiff and hard.

Interesting! At first sight, the model looked like it was from tracing/banana paper... Great fold! And cool idea with the fiberglass coating

I would rather fail trying than fail without trying....

Nice Houses!

Random suggestion -
Is it possible to fold with 5s on both sides of the roof, and eyes looking out the door?

Thanks Hank, Gerardo, and Philllip! Hank: With the current structure I have, it would not be exactly possible. I would have to change the structure and all, which is pretty hard with the dollar bill. Thanks again everyone!

@Benlewisorigami Thank you very much
@quiet marverick Thanks a lot

I was experimenting a lot with resins for this project. I had to prepare invitations for a christening and the theme was butterfly. So I wanted my butterflies (based on Michael Lafosse Temko) to be solid as rock and waterproof, so the guests if they like, to use the model for decoration or anything else.
So, here is the result, the model is coated with fiberglass and hot-glued on the ribbon
