ok, you have the two wide flaps for head? So to make the eye you first fold one flap down and reverse the flap under it. Then fold the point up and mountain fold it. If it doesn't help then all i could say is try it until its not perfect. i might have made some photo diagrams for you but i am currenty busy with school, so no time for origami :( good luck!
