I used Reference finder for finding 5/21, then you got lines dividing paper into two parts 5 and 16. 16 grid can be easily creased, and the 5's can be divided later on

divide the paper into 7ths and then each segment into 3rds.

I made hundreds of testfolds, and i used Karol's precrease sequence to avoid unecessary lines at belly
