The cobra is very easy, it only took me 30 minutes. Here's a youtube instructional video for it.

There is a video on Youtube of Eric himself folding the crane, but the model is indeed easy to reverse-engineer.

I really like how the 2nd and 3rd pictures look. There is a nice, smooth, organic look in these two views.
