What is step 15? I assume it's sinking the middle flap all the way inside, but what else is going on... I assume 17 is exactly the same.

15 and 17 are the same thing but it is not sinking it is pulling the paper som as to kind of streth it the squash it to get it to look like the oicture shows i really hope this helps
