Asiatic elephant step 33 help

Can someone show me a picture of step 33? The diagrams lack of depth is making it difficult for me to realize how to fold it

Step 33-34 are just an inside reverse fold along existing creases made in step 28.
We're all stories in the end.

I get that but how do I flatten the layers?

Not really helpful but thank you anyway :P successfully completed test fold, will post a picture of it in Better paper soon
