Great topic! I couldn't participate in the previous challenges... This time I will for sure.
Btw, you spelled "October" wrong. You said "OKtober".

I'm in! I made something a couple of weeks ago that fits the description of this challenge, can I use that?
Re: Monthly Folding Challenge: October 2014
Yes, get the challenge going.
But maybe you can improve it? Try a second version.
Or do something completely different (multiple entries are allowed).

Since you are new on the forum, perhaps you haven't seen the challenges' rules.
For those, you need to create your own models. So, I think your idea is on-topic, but it has to be your creations in those frames. ^_^
(For instance, that fox is a Peterpaul Forcher's creation, etc.)

No need to delete your post. At one point we all have been new here, that's nothing to be ashamed of.

Re: Monthly Folding Challenge: October 2014
Bi-Level Photo Frame - Can be folded from any size rectangle (including a square) - requires just one sheet. It has two fully accessible levels for inserting different content such as two level displays or an outer protective layer for protecting delicate folds or inserting special filters for changing the visual effects.
Here are two examples of applications (all my original folds)

Re: Monthly Folding Challenge: October 2014
Ok, how about this for an entry?
I haven't made many of my own designs before but here is a Crescent Moon and Four-Pointed Star which I'm intending to use on my son's wall painted with glow-in the dark paint like those stickers people use (but cooler). All my own design.
(according to my wife, put the moon on a plate and it could be a croissant too, but that doesn't meet the brief )

This is a valid entry as they are intended for the wall (either as single objects or as tapestry on a e.g. dark blue background).

Folded at work with a page from a notepad, stuck on the wall at work...

Video showing unique features of these gift boxes will be coming soon.
For now - a somewhat unique wall display.
