This year's Tanteidan convention isn't until summer, so you'll probably find out more about it then.
After the fall, we rise.

the special edition is independent of the tanteidan, and yes, usually it is announced sometime in the spring.

JOAS Special Edition 2016 is ready.
About the folding instructions, there are a crab by Komatsu Hideo and a Katydid by Robert J. Lang.
