Probably because it's in China's domain.
Why would you want to join the chinese forum? Unless you can read and write in chinese, the english forum here will be more helpful to you.

IIRC, you need a WeChat account to register.
As for why you'd want to join, the Chinese forums are way more active than ours and have loads of creative CPs.

Hi..Noneuclidean..i have Chrome and Google translate... it has lots of diagrams and tutorials over a thousand.But I figured it out after two hours of trial and error..
You need the We Chat app to scan the qrcode to access..googleplaytore.com
But that doesn't mean you get permissions to download pdfs

If you are on the desktop site and browser has plug in uploading shouldn't be a problem

Okay once you've uploaded an avatar ..desktop site or Wechat app...you press task task and go through the work list of filling out forms adding friends..achieving missions till you have enough banknotes to download..and you can post comments ..when you've set up your profile....
