Name of Tomoko box and book it is in

Could someone please tell me the name of this box (boxes) and what book are they diagrammed at?

I don´t know where they are published, but they are so easy to make that they have to be traditional. They are nearly identical to fold like the traditional masu box. I´ve drawn a diagram of how to make them that can be downloaded from our Origami Austria Homepage. You can vary the size by using different kinds of rectangles, just play around

I thought they shouldn't be difficult but I failed to reverse engineer it from the photo.
