(Hmmm... is this in the right place?)

Hi :)
My name is Omar, I'm 16 and I've been doing origami for longer that I can remember (I remember making a piano in 4rth grade reading class :p)

For X-mas this year I decided to make origami gifts for everyone (Probably because I'm broke :p). I've mostly lived off of origami.com, where I've been able to improve my skills... although I do wish they'd update that site every once in a while (The same diagrams can get pretty old).

Well, Origami.com does update every so often...

Welcome to the forum! Image
I hope you really enjoy it here, and that you will learn lots. If you need more things to fold, but you don't want to spend to much money on books, then check you're local library :D They usually have quite a few books.

And yes, this is definitely the right place :P

Hi there, welcome to the forum :) . http://www.passionorigami.com is also a nice site to find origami diagrams and new works across the world, I check it daily. It would have to be one of the top 5 origami sites in my opinion. Things also pop up on these forums from time to time. Its an interesting place, kind of like the famous Origami Mailing List, but less confined (which can be good and bad).

Thank's for all your help everyone ^.^
Yea, I got a few books from the library, although they weren't too great, although I just got a giftcard for Barnes and Noble; I'm hoping to buy Origami for the Connoisseur.

Thanks again for all the origami links.
