Would that be decent handmade paper for origami? like thickness and all. Also if i coated it in methyl cellulose , could I wet fold it?

I'm not an expert, but that looks like a good price. They also have lokta and Japanese papers. I suggest that you tell them that you are doing Origami, maybe send them a photo of the planned model, and ask them for advice and suggestions.

I have found that paper experts tend to have some knowledge of origami.

It looks like standard mulberry tissue paper. So, it will be very springy to fold unless it's treated with MC. It will be thin enough for complex models. You just need to worry about the fibers shown in the picture.

It's tough to make out from the picture how thick they are. In some mulberry paper, the fibers don't hinder the folding, but in others, they don't allow you to fold very well across them.

I generally like to go to an art supply store to check out personally their handmade papers, but if you don't have access to such a store, I would say it's worth a shot to buy from them. It's certainly a very reasonable price.
