Not sure about Origami in the Classics - who is the author ?

Re: Origami 4, try searching Amazon for Harbin Origami. One of the books that come back may be #4. You'll have to ask the seller:
1. Origami 4: The Art of Paperfolding (Paperback) ? - English ?
2. isbn 0340 218223 ?
3. Pub Year, 1977 ?
4. 186 pages.
5. Baby GRand on p. 83 or nearby.... ?
6. Blue cover with an Ostrich ?
You don't need a yes to all questions, but use your judgement.

Also, You might like " Origami: a Step by Step" by Robert HArbin, 1974, 77 pages with lots of Crawford... especially the full masted ship... ~$6 usd

In Amazon, buy two of them :-) -->
Origami Step by Step (Origami) (Paperback) & secrets of Origami for $17.48

"Origami in/through the Classics" is the english translation of the name at least. The author is Satoshi Takagi.

That would indeed be the one. I'll have to try amazon and amazon uk more often for older books.

Re: Origami 4
If one of those books IS Origami 4, then I recommend buying it now, before they go away.

Re: "Origami from the Classics" Satoshi Takagi
See: http://www.britishorigami.info/academic ... ineart.htm the next to last paragraph for a little info.

Nippon Origami Association http://www.origami-noa.com/index_e.htm
I suggest that you send an email to:

henshubu "AT" origami-noa.com

And ask about the book. Assume no English, although they may speak impeccable English.

My fault. Sorry. Although it is too late to save you the time....

I think we've driven this into the ground, but can an admin shift the last few posts to a different topic for archival purposes...

Finding Harbin's Origami 4 and Satoshi Takagi's Origami From the Classics. ?

Sorry,
