Great news to all those STILL trying to get the last features added on! I found a site that has a total of around 120 photos that show how to get the model from base to completion!

I went to the link above but it has been discontinued. Does anyone still have the photo tutorial from the Spanish website?

I know it's an old thread and an old model, but rather than start a new one this is probably best...
So I recently folded shibaraku, and in the process of trying to figure it out spent a lot of time on the internet getting pictures and such and thought I might as well get everything in one place so that if I decide to fold it again it would be less painful.

I have 2 sets on my flickr for both the pre-crease and the collapse, so if you want to fold it, this is a decent place to start. Any differences/mistakes are my own.

There are a few pics of the finished model there as well (separate set). Final shaping pics I didn't do, but I think that's more for personal tastes anyway than trying to get an exact result, which is really a rationalization for me not being good enough to fold an exact copy :).
I just hit one area at a time with mc and a blow dryer. The chest/legs have to happen before the belt goes across. I do the sword/head details last. I did the sword early the first time and it just got beat up while doing the rest of the details, so I think it worked better doing it last.
This is a hard model to collapse cleanly, the paper always seems to want to move all over the place and everywhere except where you want it to go.
