My newest design, creation (or at least independent discovery?) is this rose.

It's based on something that would probably be called a blintzed waterbomb.
Therefore I call this model "Waterbomb Rose" (clever, isn't it? )
And like the waterbomb you have to blow it up to make the center 3D.
A bit fiddly to fold the locking for the waterbomb but worth the effort in my opinion.

If someone gives me a lot of time I will make diagrams for it in exchange.
So long and keep folding ^_^

I think it might work well for a pegasus too.
Yup, you were quite right there with the pegasus. I came across this while playing around with your base a bit (after having folded some weird 4 legged - 2 armed creatures). Still needs a lot of work to make it actually look nice, but it has the great feature to flap the wings if you pull the tail.
A flapping Pegasus :D

That is awesome. It's the first pegasus I've seen that can flap its wings! :)

The head Montroll's fox looks a lot like the head of Joisel's rat, don't you think? :)

It's essentially the same technique; ie using a grafted preliminary/frog base to do the head. Montroll's early pegasus from Origami for the Enthusiast uses this method too, and I'm sure there's lots more examples (Mark Leonard's wolf, etc, etc).

Jedi Master Yoda - Fumiaki Kawahata - 7x7cm

I made this model from a Starburst candy wrapper, the foil texture would be great if larger sheets were available.

Definitely, sweet & simple.

Have you ever met him at a convention? I've always wanted to know more about him but haven't seen much information outside his books.

The instructions were very easy to follow.
I plan on reshaping the head & tail on this one.
Thank you Isurus :)
