i have been fumbling the forum for ideas on how to collapse the cp for self made man but i just couldn't find anything. much help is appreciated :D

what are the paper proportions?

The picture of the crease pattern is 432x720 pixels. That is a ratio of 1:1+2/3.
So an example for the paper size is: 15 by 25 cm or 30 by 50 cm.

how do you divide a rectangle into 3rds?

In this case it's a 3 x 5 rectangle, so you would have marked 3rds already when you were making the rectangle in the first place!

In general though, you can use the crossing diagonals method. It's exactly the same. Just remember that the diagonal of a non-square rectangle is not at 45˚, but it connects opposite corners.

This, in my opinion, is a very clever model indeed.
Folded once, very simple cp. :twisted: :?:
