Μόλις τελείωσα το βιβλίο. Πάνω σε αυτά λοιπόν ήθελα καταρχάς να μιλήσω για την γλώσσα Η γλώσσα είναι απλή και απολύτως κατανοητή Δεν απευθύνεται όπως άλλα βιβλία που έτυχε να προσπαθήσω να διαβάσω και με κούρασαν με μια ενοχλητική πολυπλοκότητα. Είναι απλό και straight to the point ξεκινώντας αυτό που υποσχέθηκες δηλαδή να αποδομει τον νου ξεκινώντας από απλά στρώματα και παραδείγματα μέχρι την κορύφωση των πολύ ενδιαφέρον κεφαλαίων που μιλάνε για την αγάπη και τον θάνατο. Σίγουρα έχει έναν σκοπό διαφορετικό απο το κομμάτι της αυτό βελτίωσης ( έτσι αισθάνομαι και ας έχω διαβάσει ένα και μόνο βιβλίο αυτής της κατηγορίας). Αυτό που το κάνει διαφορετικό δεν είναι ότι προσπαθεί να χτίσει , να σε σπρώξει κάπου. Αντίθετα προσπαθεί να αποδομησει μάλιστα να σκοτώσει κομμάτια και συνήθειες της καθημερινότητάς. Το τι θα ακολουθήσει είναι κάτι πολύ προσωπικό και θέλει αρκετή συζήτηση και προσωπική η δουλειά αλλά μέχρι τότε, κάνει την δουλειά του. Δηλαδή, να φυτέψει έναν σπόρο , να ανοίξει μια χαραμάδα ή να στείλει μια αχτίδα σε ένα σκοτεινό κελί. Εκεί είναι ίσως και η παγίδα αν κάποιος το αντιμετωπίσει σαν ένα κλασσικό βιβλίο αυτό βελτίωσης. Δεν θα βρει τις απαντήσεις που έψαχνε με την μορφή που θα επιθυμούσε να τις δει. Και μάλιστα αυτές που θα δει , δεν υπόσχονται άμεση ανακούφιση , οπως άλλα βιβλία τάζουν, από τους τίτλους και μόνο. Προσέγγισες το νου από πολλές απόψεις και με πολλά παραδείγματα προκειμένου να δείξεις την ζημιά που κάνει και είναι πραγματικά παράδοξο θα πω για κάποιον που το ακούει στον 21ο αιώνα , την εποχή της "προόδου". Ενδιαφέρουσες προσεγγίσεις οι επιστημονικές που μιλούν με παραδείγματα , μου θύμισαν ιδιαίτερα την φράση που ενίοτε λες "χρησιμοποιώ τον νου να βγάλω τον νου, όπως ένα αγκάθι να αφαιρέσω ένα άλλο" Αυτό ένιωσα να κάνεις αρκετά στο βιβλίο καθώς με την ίδια λογική και συλλογισμό πηγές να αποδείξεις πως ο τρόπος αυτός κάθε αυτός δεν είναι χρήσιμος να σταθείς απέναντι στην ολότητα της ζωής. Προκαλέσες δηλαδή αποθήκες του νου και τεχνικές που έμφυτα χρησιμοποιεί για την επιβίωση μας, για να τις βγάλεις αχρειαστες για μια ουσιαστική ζωη.Προσωπικά σαν Σωτήρη ( ναι χρησιμοποίησα πλαίσια και ταμπέλες αναφέροντας το όνομα μου😂) Με άγγιξε το τρυφερό κομμάτι του βιβλίου, τόσο η περιγραφή του εσωτερικού κόσμου του Ειταν και του κάθε παιδιού αντίστοιχα, όσο και η περιγραφή της ίδιας της ζωής με την απουσία των πλαισίων που έχει τοποθετήσει ο νους. Η αλήθεια είναι πως αυτό ήταν ένα πραγματικά δύσκολο κομμάτι γιατί κάποια πράγματα, δεν μπορούν ακριβώς να περιγράφουν με λόγια παρά μόνο αν τα αισθανθείς , έστω και για λίγες στιγμές. Κάπου εκεί με έκαναν να αισθανθώ και να θυμηθώ ανέμελες στιγμές όπου δεν υπήρχε τίποτα. Προς το τέλος , που το έχω και πιο φρέσκο , βρήκα αρκετό ενδιαφέρον . Προσεγγισες ιδιαίτερες έννοιες , όπως η αγάπη και ο θάνατος. Πολύ παρεξηγημένες έννοιες και η αλήθεια είναι πως εκεί βίωσα και κάτι οξύμωρο. Διαβάζοντας για την αγάπη, ένιωσα μια δυσφορία, σκεπτόμενος το πώς την αντιμετωπίζει ή την χειρίζεται ο κόσμος , πως προσωπικά με έχει " αγαπήσει " και πόσο αντιφατικά είναι με όσα γράφονται. Αντίθετα, διαβάζοντας για τον θάνατο ένιωσα ανάλαφρα και μια πνοή ελευθερίας , όχι επειδή σκέφτηκα τον φυσικό θάνατο, αλλά επειδή ένιωσα την ελαφρότητα του να αφήνεις ο,τι είναι να πέσει σαν τα φύλλα ενός δέντρου το φθινόπωρο. Ένας αέναος κύκλος ανανέωσης που κάνει την ζωή να έχει αξία επειδή είναι η ίδια η ζωή. Εκεί ήταν η ειρωνία. Η αγάπη μια γλυκύτατη έννοια να φέρνει βάρος, γιατί έτσι αντιμετωπίζεται από τον κόσμο ενώ ο θάνατος , μια έννοια βαριά να φέρνει ελευθερία και ροή. Σίγουρα κάποιος διαβάζοντας τα όλα αυτά ίσως αντιμετωπίσει μια ενόχληση. Είτε επειδή κατακρίνονται αντιλήψεις του σχετικά με την αξία του νου , θρησκεία κλπ Είτε επειδή ρίχνει λίγο φως στην καθημερινότητα του και βλέπει τα σκατά και τις παγίδες που ήδη έχει πέσει αλλά δεν έχει αποδεσμευτεί πρωτίστως γιατί ο ίδιος δεν τα έβλεπε.
